The H&B Catalyst CB81C Baseball Bat uses X-1 Composite Technology (100% aerospace grade graphite) to improve the accurateness of your game. With composites, performance and durability are dictated by the angle of the fibers and the wall thickness of the barrel. In this bat, a 7C's combination of graphite and fiberglass allow for a longer barrel, larger sweetspot and more solid feel than aluminum bats allow. A specially designed, toughened epoxy resin embedded in high-strength, graphite fibers, locks the graphite layers together to form a light, durable, thin wall design that offers the best angle for performance while keeping the barrel wall thin for maximum flexibility. This exclusive manufacturing process eliminates air between graphite layers, giving players the ultimate combination of performance and durability.
